Astoria Boracay

Your dream vacation made a reality

Built in 2010, Astoria Boracay is the first resort property from Astoria Hotels and Resorts. It offers unparalleled beachfront accommodations painted in a complementary mix of bright tropical and calming earth colors. Interiors and furnishings of all 71 rooms pay homage to the naturally multi-hued wonders of the destination, with design-driven details brought to life by Gallego & Associates.

Rest, relaxation, and recreation are always easy to find through our first-class amenities. Astoria Boracay also gives you access to many of the island’s water sports and activities, such as paraw sailing and reef walking. If you would like to enjoy a relaxing afternoon, watching as the sun settles behind the sea, front row seats to this majestic view are available by the sun loungers we placed right on the beachfront sand.

We also have sumptuous food prepared, with culinary masterpieces waiting for you at White Cafe, famous for serving well-loved local and international flavors, and Soleggiato, known for classic Italian favorites.

Experience the best way to enjoy this world-famous island, here at Astoria Boracay.

The Destination

Winner of the coveted Conde Nast Traveler’s World’s Best Island Award in 2016, Boracay is “as close to the tropical ideal as you’ll find in the Philippines, with gentle coastlines and transporting sunsets.”

Before its rise to prominence, Boracay was a well-guarded secret unknown to many but a few locals. It was only during the 70’s, when German traveler Jens Peters wrote rave reviews about the secluded island, that Boracay came into the spotlight. A decade later, the small island in the Philippines has become the biggest and hottest tourist destination in the country and one of the best in the world.

Since then, Boracay has seen an upsurge of new hotels and resorts offering modern facilities and comforts. With nightly buffets of fresh local seafood, its powder-soft white sand beaches and clear cool waters to enjoy, Boracay provides the perfect mix of liveliness and serenity for tourists.

The Buslugan and Crystal caves, along the rocky eastern coast of Boracay’s Yapak region, contain lush tropical jungles that gives tourists a calm break from the beach. If you’re looking for something a little bit more on the thrilling side, Bulabog Beach, the island’s watersports capital, is one of the world’s windsurfing and kitesurfing hotspots.

Boracay is teeming with life. From its friendly local communities and rich marine habitats, it’s easy to see why Boracay was voted the world’s best island.
